Bob has been in what is now known as the CRM market since 1987, where he co-authored a contact management program that was awarded Editors' Choice from PC Magazine.
Since then he has founded and led three startup CRM companies, the last one was recognized as the 53rd fastest growing privately-held company in the US by Inc 500.
